He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ketcham and Marian Ketcham (Turner); his sister Bonnie Bodewaldt; his brother-in-law Jack Bodewaldt; and his grandson Jared Gates.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Deborah Gates (Robert), Thomas Ketcham, Jr. (Kim) and Wayne Ketcham (Jen); his stepchildren, Lisa Moshier, Mark Moshier (Ana) and Michael Moshier (Katherine); and his grandchildren, Ryan Gates, Matthew Ketcham, James York, Matthew Moshier (Mariah), Madison Moshier, Alexis McRae and William Moshier. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; nieces; and a nephew.
Donations in his memory can be made to the H. Lee White Maritime Museum in Oswego, or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
