He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Hall and Elizabeth Hall; his wife Cora Hall; and his children, Gene Hall Jr. (Kerri), Michele Hall, Donna Miller, Dennis DeLoach (Sarah) and Brian DeLoach. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren, family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Giove Funeral Home (1000 Middle Country Rd, Selden, NY 11784). A prayer was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eugene's memory to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, honoring his lifelong commitment to service, sacrifice, and helping others.
