It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick E. Weeks (Selden, New York), who passed away on May 6, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Frederick farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Frederick is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cynthia Weeks; his children, Tiana Harvey and Brooke Weeks-Aganon; and his grandchildren, Carlos "CJ" Harvey, Micah Weeks-Aganon and Aiden Weeks-Aganon.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (46 Dare Rd, Selden, NY 11784). A committal service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11961).
His generosity extended beyond his family, as he regularly supported organizations including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Tunnel to Towers Foundation, reflecting the selfless way he lived his life.
