He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Comerford and Anna Comerford (Lepkowski); and his sons, Jeffrey and Matthew Comerford. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Birdsall; his children, Scott, Kyle, Kevin Comerford (Diana) and Holly Sturgess; his daughter-in-law Delight Comerford; and his siblings, Jerry, Jim (Donna), David Comerford (Jody), Betty Richardson, Terry Sharpe (Denver), Donna Villemareppe and Bernice Sharp. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New York State Veterans Cemetery – Finger Lakes (6632 NY-96A, Romulus, NY 14541).
