With sadness, we share the passing of Nicholas R. Zona of Seneca Falls, New York. Nicholas, born on November 12, 1945, passed away on August 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Nicholas for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his father Michael Zona. He is survived by: his mother Esther Zona (Cupido); his sons, Christopher (Shannon) and Joshua Zona; his grandson Kayden Nicholas Zona; his stepgrandsons, Andrew and Patrick Mattern; his brother-in-law William J. Morgan Jr.; his friend Vickie Swinehart; and his former wife Lori Swinehart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The military honors was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Columbkille Cemetery (133 E Bayard St, Seneca Falls, NY 13148).
