He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert McDannel and Ethel McDannel (Quigley); and his siblings, Jeanne Frederick (Charles), Paul and John.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Kunkel; his children, Sandra Ann (Julia Gibson), Laura Himpler (Ben) and Paul (Dan Waffle); his grandsons, Steven and Liam; his sister Kathleen Dison (Mickey); and his sister-in-law Patricia McDannel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Doran Funeral Home (4 E Bayard St, Seneca Falls, NY 13148). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Springbrook Cemetery (1826 Gravel Rd, Seneca Falls, NY 13148).
