Joan K. Phelps Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 22, 2025, at the age of 81, Joan K. Phelps in Seneca Hill, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Babcock and Mary Babcock (Jones); and her siblings, Mary Ellen Woolson, Carolyn Truax, John Babcock and Richard Babcock.
She is survived by: her sisters, Diane Sanderson of Pulaski and Sharon Dockum of Mexico. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
