She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schoonmaker and Blanche Schoonmaker (Briggs); her husband John Polulech; her son Jason Wilcox; and her siblings, Alan and Roberta.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cameron and Addison Wilcox; her siblings, Cindy Briggs and Raymond Briggs; and her pets, Piper and Patty. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, many special neighbors.
