James leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Reidy and Marjorie Youmans Reidy; and his sons, Daniel and Patrick Reidy. He is survived by: his children, Kaiti Reidy, Rachael Gacek (Chris), Claire Reidy and Meranda Szozda; his siblings, Tom Reidy and Joan Reed (Paul); and his close friend Michelle Paquin. He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the More's Tavern (333 State St, Auburn, NY 13021).
