Williams (Rosemary Harp-Williams); his wife Janet Spingler Williams; his children, Elissa Vargason (Brad), Trista Ciccone (Justin), Tyler Williams (Tricia) and Kenneth D. Williams; his grandchildren, Payton, Dean, Gracia, Eva, Rosie Vargason, Treston, Tayvinn, Trelynd Williams, Jaxon and Cam Ciccone; his siblings, Michael Williams (Jonna) and Susan Roberts (Daniel); and his mother-in-law Barbara Spingler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
