She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Holbrook and William Holbrook; her children, Diane Crandell (Barry), Liz Silverstein Tammy (Andy), Billie-Jo Helton (Tony) and Rob Cuddy (Andrea); her grandchildren, Jimi (Vicki), Kevin (Liz), Jeremy Kohanski (Tiffany), Nicole Ptacek (Chris), Tony (Megan), Amy Helton (Austin), Connor, Dylan, Jackson Cuddy Angela Burkhart (Shaun), Lindsay Valliere and Jacob Silverstein (Deb); her great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Kevin Jr., Benjamin, Charlotte, Janice, Cathryn, Gracelynn, Carleigh, Madieleigh, Ansleigh, Doris and Tony; and her stepchildren, Dan and Valerie Crane.
She is survived by: her significant other Carroll R. Crane; and her stepchildren, Wanda, Kim and Theresa.
