He was predeceased by: his son David; and his son-in-law Jonathan Baran. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Colby, Julia, Ryan and Liam; his wife Rosemary Phillips; and his children, Scott (Michele), Leslie and Doug (Jamie).
He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, whether it was a beach day, a home project in the backyard under the sun, or time spent throwing around a frisbee with his beloved O'Neal, the family's loyal black lab from the Guide Dog Foundation.
