He was predeceased by: his parents, David Porter and Rev. Laura Porter (Card); his wife Elizabeth; and his siblings, Austin Porter (Helen) and Harlow Porter (Sue).
He is survived by: his children, Rev. Stephen Porter (Dianna) and Stacey Kowalka (James); his grandchildren, Alyssa Hudson (Ethan), Britney Porter, Jonathan Kowalka and Joelle Kowalka; his great grandchildren, Rosie, Malachi and Moses Hudson; his sister Carol Ann Kinney; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
