He was predeceased by: his father Jose Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Nydia Betancourt-Lopez; his mother Milagros Lopez; his brothers, Jose Jr. Lopez, Walter Lopez, Miguel Lopez and Alberto Lopez; and his daughter-in-law Fedghynie Lopez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
