He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sullivan and Eileen Sullivan (Quinn); his brother Jamie; his wife Denise Lindblom Sullivan; his daughters, Kate and Maggie; his sibling's children, Matthew Sullivan, Cassidy Buchas (Sullivan) and Kelsi Sullivan; and his brothers-in-law, Ken (Patricia) and Lieutenant Paramedic Tim (Donna).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Yorktown Funeral Home (945 E Main St, Shrub Oak, NY 10588). A Mass was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (137 Moseman Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598).
One of Jack's favorite tales was his status as a "genuine medical miracle": He claimed he saved yet another life by donating an especially large hemorrhoid of his own to a cardiac patient who needed a replacement aorta immediately.
