She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Ferrara and Sue Ferrara; and her husband Frank J. Hoffman. She is survived by : her children, Lisa, Laura, Dawn and Eric; and her sisters, Rosemarie and Linda. She is also survived by her twin, and their extended families.
