She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Hart and Roy Hart; her former husband William Owens; her husband Floyd Rockefeller; and her siblings, Mary Hart and Arthur Hart.
She is survived by: her son David Owens (Bobbie); and her grandchildren, Tresia Easterly, Patricia Giovannini (Dan), Susan Kimball (John) and Deanna Doak (Tom). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the United Methodist Church in Sidney in Helen's name.
