It is with sadness that the passing of Jesse James Hart (Sidney, New York) is shared. Jesse, born on January 20, 1983, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Jesse will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Jesse by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Jesse is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Jesse’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his brother Joshua; and his grandparents, James Bolster, Arthur and Vera Hart. He is survived by: his parents, Elmer Hart and Connie Hart (Bolster); his brother Chris (Alycia); his children, Kayla, Jesse Jr., Sage and Cole; and his grandmother Elizabeth Bolster. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C. H. Landers, Inc. Funeral Chapel (21 Main St, Sidney, NY 13838).
