He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bagley and Alberta Bagley of Sidney Center, NY.; his wife Mary Alice; his grandchildren, Adam Bagley and Sloane Bagley; his siblings-in-law, Daniel Knapp, Todd Knapp, Mary Claire Knapp, Connie Knapp and Connie Edelen; his godson James Patrick; and his nephew Christopher Knapp.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Elaine), Jeffrey (Brenda), Stephen (Deana) and Andrew (Autumn); his grandchildren, John, Drew, Elizabeth, Samuel (Abigail), Camille, Alice, Quincy and Vincent; his great grandchild Emmett Bagley; his brother Bill; and his siblings-in-law, Marcia Bagley, Jack Edelen, William Knapp, Barbara Patrick (Jerry), Ellen Robinson (Peter), Bernadette Raleigh, Debbie Knapp and Patty Knapp. He is also survived by family and friends, raising his family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C. H. Landers, Inc. Funeral Chapel (21 Main St, Sidney, NY 13838). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (15 Liberty St, Sidney, NY 13838). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at the Prospect Hill Cemetery East Main.
