Rowe (Sidney, New York), born in Gilbertsville, New York, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Rowe and Wilma Rowe (Blankley); his son Randy; his mothers-in-law, Bernice and Virginia Spencer; his brothers, Lester, Alan (Joyce), Bob (Joanne), John, Lyle and Douglas; his siblings-in-law, Roger Smith and Susan Spencer; and his daughters-in-law, Maria Calamia and Lorraine Rowe.
He is survived by : his wife Beverly; his children, Mike Rowe, Barry Rowe, Lori Corna (Chris), Dwayne Lockwood and Lorraine Brooks (John); his siblings, Jean Smith, Linda Rowe, Cheryl Loomis (Bob), Deb Miller (Don), Ronnie Rowe (Susie) and Jerry Rowe (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, CeCe Rowe, Evelyn Rowe, Linda Rowe, Evelyn Sutton (Melvin), Floyd Spencer (Beatrice) and Gary Spencer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
