We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2024, at the age of 85, Mildred Babcock of Sidney, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Heck, Sr. and Eva Heck (Oliver); her siblings, Charles Heck, Jr., Wayne Heck, Robert Heck and Josephine Mongillo; and her son Randal Babcock, Sr..

She is survived by : her husband Ralph Babcock, Sr. of Sidney; her sons, Ralph Babcock, Jr. of Silver Point, TN and Brian Babcock (Rhonda) of Sidney; and her sister Lilian Olsen (Heck) of Bloomville.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you find a good bargain and gift it to someone in her memory.
