Whispell (Sidney, New York), born in Walton, New York, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hawver and Maria Hawver (Fullington); her husband Ray Whispell; and her grandchildren, Thomas Hawkins and Marcey Hawkins Rude.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Wakeman (Dave) of Unadilla and Cindy Hawkins (Don Wood) of Unadilla; her grandchildren, Jerry Hawkins (Talia) of Bainbridge, Scott Sastra (Sarah) of Unadilla, David Wakeman (Andora) of Portsmouth, Ashley Wakeman of San Diego, Adam Rude of Unadilla, Don Wood (Jenna) of Binghamton, Sean Wood (Ashley) of Afton and Nicole Wood of Sidney; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Hawkins, Dawson Backus, Alyssa Hawkins, Damon Hawkins, Aidan Hawkins, Skyler Hawkins, Thomas Rude, Jonathan Rude, Emma Rude, Andrew Wakeman, Adeline Wakeman, Benjamin Wakeman, Faith Wakeman, Scott Sanstra, Zoey Rude, Zoey Hornbeck, Rhian Gill, Tyson Wood and Bryson Wood. She is also survived by 4 great, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
