She is survived by: her husband George Grays; her brother Keith Ward (Maryann); and her children, Alana Bailey (Dennis), Cheryl Boyd (Steve), Anita Grays, Lanette Grays-Williams, Cindy Grays, Jerry Grays and Matthew Grays.

Donations may be made in Pat's memory to The Majors Inn, Gilbertsville NY or The Legacy Corps of Delaware County.
