She was predeceased by : her granddaughter Jennifer Ann Terry. She is survived by : her husband Edward Kokalas of Johnson City, NY; her children, Susan Terry, Edward Kokalas (Kathi) and Ellen Whipple (Ron); and her grandchildren, Kathy Terry, Amanda Carlin, Michael Terry (Kaho), Ken Simpson (Karen), Steven Whipple (Dena), Tim Whipple (Melissa) and Eric Whipple (Shauna). She is also survived by family members are Susan's three children.
