He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Goding; his children, Pamela Palandrani (Robert Palandrani) of Silver Bay and John Goding (Toni Goding) of Bangor, Maine; his granddaughters, Katherine Menon (MN), Kristen Palandrani (NY), Gabrielle Goding (ME), Michelle Jebb (NY) and Marissa Phinney (NY); and his great grandchildren, Daniel Jebb, Caroline Jebb, Anna Jebb, Emma Jebb, Bradley Phinney, Matthew Phinney and Lauren Phinney.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Blaine's memory to a charity of one's choice.
