He is survived by: his wife Jill Spack (Ozimek); his sons, Brian and Andrew; his father-in-law Norman Ozimek (Patricia); his siblings, Ted Spack (Lorie Finney), Jeanne Johnson (Steve) and Bill Spack (Eileen); his brothers-in-law, Richard, Joe (Diana) and Mathew (Cyndi); and his nieces and nephews, Billy Spack, Russell Johnson, Nicolas Ozimek, Erinn Spack, Emily Spack, Meagan Spack, Katie Spack, Amy Bekkerman (Johnson), Robyn Johnson, Sarah Mastromatteo (Johnson) and Taylor Ozimek.
