It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John C. Breitenbach Sr. of Silver Bay, New York, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Breitenbach and Ernestine Breitenbach (Gress); his wife Janet Breitenbach (Steurer); and his daughter-in-law Deborah J. Breitenbach. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Underwood (Robert) of Hay Market, Virginia and John C. Breitenbach, Jr. of Silver Bay; his brother Charles J. Breitenbach (Celine) of Tarrytown; his grandchildren, Emily (James), Katie (Devin), Nicole, Robert (Julia) and John III (Danielle); and his great grandchildren, Catherine (Cat), Tracey John, Bridgette, Robert (Hobbes), Penelope (Penny), Gabriel (Gabe) and John (Jack).
