He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Harford and Alice Harford (Roetzer). He is survived by: his wife Laura Harford (Martin); his children, Noelle, Emily Harford and Shelby Marcey (Harford); and his siblings, Sharon Malt (Brad), Sandy Harford (Rob Kabus), James Harford (Debbie) and Bill Harford (Julie).
