He is survived by: his wife Sharon Burt of Silver Creek; his son Jeffrey Burt (Jojean Quejada) of San Francisco, CA; his stepgrandchildren, Ernesto of Union City, CA and Gara Manaois of Union City, CA; his brother Dale Burt (Geri); and his nephew John M. Burt.
