She is survived by: her daughters, Autumn Baker-Padelford (Cheyne) and Grace Hollman (Devin); her grandsons, Michael, Henry and Graham; her mother Nancy Klyczek (Walt); and her siblings, Daniel Smith, Laurie Bifaro (John) and Linda Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
