He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas DiNardo and Geraldine DiNardo; and his brothers, Charles, Robert, Richard DiNardo and Carl Tedesco.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey DiNardo of Erie and Amanda Mays (Bradley) of Silver Creek, NY; his grandchildren, Nathaniel and Leah Mays; his brother-in-law David St. Amour of Denver, CO; his nephews, Christopher, Michael and Gregory Lowery (Amy); and his niece Kelly Schultz. He is also survived by many other nieces & nephews.
