He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fladie and Marion Lemley Fladie; his siblings, Betty Pratt, Bill and Tom Fladie; and his brothers-in-law, Douglas Freeth and Martin Pratt.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fladie of Silver Springs; his daughters, Jessica Satterlee (Timothy Andrews) of Perry and Brittany Cassidy (Tony) of Batavia; his siblings, Donna Freeth of Broken Arrow, OK, Mary Daniel (Terry) of Warsaw and Steve Fladie of Florida; his grandchildren, Jakob Price, Nickolas Price, Madison Satterlee, Maeson Satterlee, Artorius Cassidy and Colette Cassidy; and his sister-in-law Becky Fladie of Warsaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
