He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Everett "Jim" and Doloris Mead Rutherford; wife: Margo Rutherford; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Nicholas and Vivian Fili; brother-in-law: Mitchel Fili; daughters: Renae (Nick) Zakowicz, Lindsey (Paul) Rissinger, Ashli (Alex) Perrigo, and Tommi Kay (Ethan Grawe) Rutherford; grandchildren: Lily Zakowicz, Aurora Rissinger, and Axel Perrigo; and many siblings.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home (246 N Main St, Warsaw, NY 14569). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
