He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Surbeck and Anna Surbeck. He is survived by : his wife Linda Bishop-Surbeck; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Wilbur (John) of Weedsport and Nicolas Simmons (Danielle) of Cleveland; and his grandsons, TJ, Gavin and Nicolas.
