He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Melissa Wixon (Samuel Jr.) and Jessica Decker-Beaton (Evan); his grandchildren, Samuel Wixon III, Lillian Wixon and Gabriel Cordero-Beaton; and his great grandchildren, Autumn and Violet.

In lieu of flowers, Randy requested donations be sent to Middletown Humane Society.
