He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Pierce. He is survived by: his mother Betty Ink Pierce of Slaterville Springs; his wife Peggy Palmer Pierce; his children, Wendy Pierce Carlisle (Mark Carlisle), Mark Pierce and Megan Pierce; and his brothers, Ellsworth Pierce and Alan Pierce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
