He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael P Zaicek and Ernestine Zaicek (Bena); his son Steven (Catherine Kadner); his brother Joseph; and his brothers-in-law, Eugene Schlosser and Carl Marasco.
He is survived by: his wife Norma (Ciancaglini); his children, Michael (Deanna) and Donna (Ben Gonzalez); his grandchildren, Katrina, Michael, Benjamin, Trevor, Brandon, Marissa and Steven; and his sisters, Amelia Schlosser, Marianne Malone (Tom 'Red') and Josie Marasco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
