With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Moore of Sleepy Hollow, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Richard departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Richard. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael F. Moore and Josephine Moore (Pace). He is survived by: his sister Lisa; and his aunt Terry Collins (Wayne).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home (91 N Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the II Church (199 N Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery (540 N Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591).
