She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Tucker and Elizabeth "Betty" Tucker; her husband Arthur J. Picard; her daughter Jacqueline E. Palladino (Al); and her siblings-in-law, Lorraine Abbatantuono (Pat) and Charles L. Picard (Patricia).
She is survived by: her son Arthur W. Picard (Erin Lasky); her grandchildren, Jillian Neville (Ryan), Daniel Palladino, Alexandra Picard and Matthew Picard; and her sisters-in-law, Joan Driggs and Janice House (Stanley).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McVeigh Funeral Home, Inc. (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 8:15 AM at the McVeigh Funeral Home (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211).
