He was predeceased by: his significant other Marlisa; and his brother George. He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Fran), Bobby (Kathy) and Ron (Marie); his grandchildren, Michael, Melissa, Brendan (Ali), Drew, Lisa, Matthew (Jamie), Brett, Craig (Natalie) and Derek; his great grandchildren, Kenny, Brooklynn, Harper and Theo; and his brother Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that a gift be made in Andy's name to the Memorial Fund of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Smithtown.
