It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Kocur in Smithtown, New York, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Shutovech and Euphrosia Shutovech (Obuch); her husband William John Kocur (Bill); her daughters, Joyce S. Turner (Marc) and Jacqueline K. Babyak (Steve); her grandchildren, Deanna Rose Turner and Sahmuel Xavier Babyak; her niece Lise Patterson (Michael); her goddaughters, Karatina Kehoe (Gerry) and Barbara Mahon (Frank); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dana Neumann (Paul), Anastasia Mahon, Matthew Patterson, Kyle Kehoe and Colin Kehoe; her cousins, Ronald Patrick, Dennis Slutak (Lanna), Joan Cahill (Scott), Robert Lagoyda (Becca) and Mary J. Slutak; and also, Amelia Neumann and Michele Camardella.
