Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hawkins & Davis Funeral Home (17 Manor Rd, Smithtown, NY 11787). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
