A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Fives Smithtown Funeral Home (31 Landing Avenue, Smithtown, NY 11787). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location.
