She was predeceased by: her husband Geoge, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Merrell (Bill) and George III (Angie); and her great grandchild Wyatt Lecce.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hawkins & Davis Funeral Home (17 Manor Rd, Smithtown, NY 11787). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Smithtown Landing Cemetery.
Marilyn requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Ronald McDonald House in her memory, Visitation Wednesday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday 9:30 AM. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Marilyn M. Vadyak 's name.
