Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fives Smithtown Funeral Home (31 Landing Avenue, Smithtown, NY 11787). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
