He is survived by: his wife Clara Manuel; and his children, Burke Manuel (Sharon), Freddie Dion Manuel Jr., Carla Butler, Jennifer Washington (Eugene), Albert Manuel, Shavonna Conquest (Tocarra), Cleopatra Manuel, Emmanuel Cornwell (Ashley Jenkins) and Dominic Manuel.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gospel Tabernacle Church (614 Clifford Ave, Rochester, NY 14621). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
He started the college fund at Upper Room Church of God in Christ, where he attended church with his family.
