She was predeceased by : her husband Samuel R. Wentz Sr.; and her siblings, Robert Fitzpatrick and Gail Campbell Ludwig. She is survived by : her siblings, Sally Hendrikse and Harold John "Jack" Fitzpatrick; her children, Wendy Lyn Doyle (Patrick) and Samuel "Rusty" Wentz (Sherri); her grandchildren, Kailey Hollenbeck (Eric), Abigail Wentz, Tristen Wentz (Nicole), Jacob Doyle and Michaela Roche (James); and her great grandchildren, Hannah and Cole Hollenbeck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
