He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul Parker and Ethel Wigent; his wife Judy Parker; and his siblings, Charlotte Parker (Bun), Paul Parker, Rebecca Brown and Jeffrey Wigent.
He is survived by: his brother James Parker (Donna); his daughters, Elisabeth Parker and Jennifer Parker; and his siblings, Rose Wysocki, Julie Parker, Stephanie Lund and Vern Parker (Antje Dirksen-Post). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
