Carmine R. Baratta Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 10, 2021, Carmine R. Baratta of Solvay, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Rose; his siblings, Michael and Rosemary; his wife Rosemary; and his daughter Rosemary (Ro-Ro).

He is survived by: his children, Carmine (Margie) of Maryland, Catherine Baratta and Christopher (Mary) of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Rachel Gilpin (Justin), Mackenzie and Roman; and his great grandchild Natalie. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and many cousins.

Current NYS COVID guidelines requiring masks, social distancing and occupancy limits will be observed.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Solvay Volunteer Fire Department, 1925 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209 and the Solvay-Geddes Community Youth Center, 1010 Woods Rd, Syracuse, NY 13209.
