He was predeceased by: his mother Mariya Kostiv. He is survived by: his sons, Vitalii and Roman Kostiv; his father Zinoviy Kostiv; and his siblings, Nataliya Hevko (Igor), Vasyl Kostiv (Irina) and Volodimir Kostiv (Galina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Buranich Funeral Home (5431 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
